Solid service but READ their contracts before signing!!!! Our payment terms are NET90 but they put in their contract NET30 then complain when they get paid NET90. ... You are a service provider and your terms should be aligned with your client terms, not yours. More...

Hi Jade, We would have preferred discussing this matter internally rather than on a public forum. Our payment terms are clear on our Service Agreements, depending on the size of the project they are either NET15 or NET30. Just as your creditors (credit cards/bank loans etc) expect payment by the due date, it is the same with us as well. We expect our clients to pay on time, every time unless of course there are unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding and for your business.

If you are looking for reasonably priced premium security these guys are the way to go, seriously I went through 7 other companies before them what a nightmare that was until I hired Security Guard Group.
I will be more than happy to provide reference to anyone who's looking to hire them.
We have them at 2 of our warehouses in Toronto 2 guards 7 days a week over the past 8 months. Zero issues.

great customer service and their security guards are better than the previous company we used. I took one star off because their mobile patrol guard seems disinterested in his job and he was rude to one of our residents.
