They contacted me within minutes of putting out request for service on Bark and Abby provided excellent and considerate customer service. The one cleaning person who arrived within 5 min of the scheduled time was a very hard worker and the level of clean was well beyond my original expectations. overall the experience was good. The client was late by 1 1/2 hrs and I had to call the company as to why no one showed up at 0900 as booked. She definitely knew how to clean but did bathroom first and I think it should be done last. I told her go from clean to dirty. Also she used her own equipment but her mop was dirty, products were good. The next time I would supply my own clean mops and bucket, Rita was pleasant and took suggestions well. I felt I could trust her as I had other things to do and wasn't going to sit and watch her clean. I feel if I got the same cleaner each time then each session would be better! More...
