Architectural and Engineering Design
We provide following services:
Architectural Designing, Multi-discipline Engineering design and permit services for Extension, Renovation and New Homes, Commercial and Industrial Projects.
Structural Engineering Inspections and Reports
We design and carry out Structural and Multi-discipline Engineering Inspections and issue reports for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Properties. We also check the OBC, City Bylaws and other Codes Compliance. We deal with Insurance Claims and provide Technical Input/Reports for Law Suits.
Construction and Demolition Permits
We handle the whole process for Construction and demo Permits for residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects. We also provide OBC and City Bylaws Compliance Reports to Close the Permits and Get Occupancy Certificates.
Zoning, Re-Zoning, Severance and C of A
We provide, Zoning Confirmation, Amendment, Severance/Division of Properties and Lands. We also deals with Committee of Adjustment on all kind of variances for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects.
Reserve Fund Studies (RFS)
We provide Reserve Fund Studies to multi-plex, Townhouses, Commercial Plazas and Industrial Plants. Our study helps our Client in budgeting their properties for next 5 Years, 10 Years, 20 Years and 25 Years.
