What do you love most about your job?
I definitely enjoy engaging with any and all leaders to help them make deep and lasting changes that will support them in their growth and development towards their leadership success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I enjoy partnering with people in either executive or non-executive roles to help them work through their unique opportunities and challenges in their careers. I am totally inspired and excited when I find out what I have done has helped someone in their career or future. In addition, starting my own business has allowed me to introduce leadership coaching into my services offered as well as flexibility into my schedule for family responsibilities.

I provide coaching service in person, by phone or online through Zoom / MS Teams / Other online platforms. This allows me to operate based on clients preferences for meetings either virtually or in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been strictly providing my HR Advisory and Leadership Coaching services virtually so have had no in-person contact with clients since the beginning of the pandemic. I have also been helping clients to establish policies and procedures for their workplaces to remain safe from COVID-19.
