I just finished the on ramp program a few months ago. Sarah is a very well educated and talented coach. Crossfit involves a lot of different lifts to learn which can be overwhelming but Sarah makes them fun and easy to learn. Grant is also well trained, fit and educated and a pleasure to work with. Each class involves hands on coaching so no need to worry if you forget how to do a lft or have incorrect technique, the coaches have your back!! There are so many different workouts and skills to work on you never have to worry about hitting a plateau or boredom in your training. The gym environment is very welcoming, the coaches are fun and friendly and I look forward to getting into the best shape of my life More...
