I spent a good amount of money on numerous products, 3 lessons, and a puppy. Originally I was happy with the service and products. But now that there is an issue, I am disappointed with the customer service. Our 10 month old puppy has been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia (confirmed with CT scans) and had double elbow surgery to prevent further damage. So far the vet bill has been $7000+. I asked for a refund of the puppy to help cover some of the vet bills or some other form of compensation but so far no luck. Our vet told us that this is a condition he was born and developed with and gave us this link for more information: https://www.acvs.org/small-animal/canine-elbow-dysplasia I will try to update this review and follow up with the consultations and reports.
