Yes, we bring our own equipment and supplies.
However if you would like to use your own cleaning products and equipment, we can make arrangements and alter service pricing accordingly.

Being 1 hard-working individual willing to put in the work will only help 1 client/shift at a time. As the founder, I knew that I had enough connections from my family members, work friends (as a charge RN & clinical instructor), school, & church community affiliations, who are all willing to put in the extra work to help out individuals in need in their respective communities.

Our mission is to help provide the best and safest possible care to the seniors in our community. We do this by 1. providing the senior-friendly support services to prevent the constant re-hospitalization of frail seniors that don't get proper support after being discharged from the hospital; 2. assisting in the proper staffing needs in LTC & RH by providing quality, compassionate caregiving/nursing staff.

We aim to ensure that we will have competent staff complete the job. These facilities and home settings can rest assure that we have ensured the employment requirements of our staff and prepare them with proper onboarding education such as requiring WHIMS, Resident Bill of Rights, Back Safety, among other educational modules. We will also encourage our staff to communicate with us and the rest of the team on a regular basis in order to ensure support is provided in a timely manner.

We provide our services wherever you need them- typically within the Simcoe-Muskoka County and the GTA.

We ensure that our staff had been COVID-19 vaccinated and that they do not accept work when they are not feeling well.
