How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I gather as much information as possible on our initial call / meeting that will help me create a plan to get to their goals as fast, as safe, and as fun as possible.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is the key. And it is a lot easier staying consistent when you are part of a community that has the same goals as you do, or working with a coach who has gotten people to that goal also.
What do you love most about your job?
I love what comes with people reaching their physical goal. The confidence and change you see on them afterwards is what it's all about for me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a corporate gym for a long time before starting my own business. I wanted to be able to help people from anywhere at anytime, and not be locked down to just one area of one city.

Yes, my goal was to keep my online training as close as possible to in person training. I use an app called TrueCoach that gives you access to all of your workouts, with video tutorials attached. I ask you to record yourself performing certain exercises so we can review it afterwards.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I switched to online training. That way if a client is not comfortable working out around people, they can follow a custom program tailored to the equipment / space they have at home or available to them.
