After an hourly quote of $40.00 hour, Rod then asked me to pay for mileage and wear and tear on his truck on top of the original quote. I refused. He had planted 5 clematis ‘ for me. That was spring/summer of 2019. NONE have ever bloomed. He planted a camellia. It NEVER bloomed. When he presented a final bill he wanted to charge me $50.00 an hour. I refused as this was not his original quote. Do not use this man as it is my belief he is not properly trained. I am now having to replace all Clematis and Camellia plant this spring. I paid him well over $2,000 dollars. My fault for not getting references. More...
What do you love most about your job?
being creative while finishing the job better than planned.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like being my own boss. I can motivate myself easily and enjoy the challenge of meeting new clients and discovering their projects.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always show up on time, I do what I say I will do and I will inform you of problems during the work and I promise to make amends if I make a mistake. I have liability insurance for the off-chance I damage your property, and disability insurance if I injure myself.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask if coming into contact with clients, and I will not show up for work sick or feeling unwell.

By using Reflective Listening techniques and confirming what you have shared you will feel heard, possibly for the first time. I will never contradict or criticize you or what you discuss. I will always listen with compassion and empathy. I may ask you from time to time if I may comment on what you have said and I may give you tools to help you achieve specific goals you are seeking. This is your time to speak freely and share in an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality. Men find me particularly easy to talk with and many have made great improvements to their lives.

Personal growth
Based on my book The Naturally Good Man I have developed a ten week course. This course focuses on developing a personal masculinity based upon emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills and mature character development. My qualifications include a BA in Adult Education. A certificate in Mediation, a certificate in Counselling as well as my published book to read before hand if you would like.
Also I have been involved with Men’s groups and Men’s issues for many years. My lens is that all communication is valuable and can be a doorway to deeper understanding of ourselves and others. I look forward to discussing the course and my book with you,
