Though I'm not a nutritionist, I have plenty of history of with maintaining wellness before during and after pregnancy with nutrition exercise and education. I’m well-versed with allergies/food sensitivities you or your baby might have, importance of meal prep, good habits, limiting the unhealthy stuff, making sleep a priority, the emotional ups and downs, fears, worries, feeling isolated, and in shock. Also, the ins and outs of nursing, pumping, jaundice, NICU, colic, anemia, “birth plans”, physical/psychological/emotional recovery, family adjustments, and asking for and getting the help you NEED.
I’ve acquired a sharp understanding of being in a relationship with someone who is living with OCD, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.
