Rock ‘N’ Puppercuts

This was Joey’s first time at Rock N Puppercuts and he will be back for his next groom. Illana has a very nice calm environment and a great demeanour with dogs. She gave Joey a terrific groom. I was looking for a groomer who I trust (and does a great job) and Illana is that person. One on one dog grooming. She takes the time needed for each dog. If it takes five minutes or 30 dogs are cared for, Until the dog is ready to start the groom. Older dogs need extra attention and she’s the perfect person for this. She gets down to the dogs level, communicates with the dog perfectly. She understands dog language better then anyone I’ve seen, even tv shows. If your dog has special needs she knows how to handle them. Even if you need information on dog products, food, leashes toys, she’s got you covered! Time and time again these words have been said “Oh my god, I don’t even recognize my dog. You did a fantastic job!! The best groom she/he has ever had! I’ll be coming to you from now on” I’ve heard so many people say this and it’s true they do keep coming back. They’ll even leave their current groomer to come see her. If your still not convinced then go in see her, give her a shot. I know you will 100% love your groom.
