Taking a course in my 20s that improved and changed my mental health, decisions, actions, reactions and thought and dream and goal process.

I suffered with severe depression, anxiety, what if thinking, disease to please, always saying yes, not healthy eating, body in pain, soul in turmoil. I had 3 babies and suffered post partum depression combined with a very abusive and disfunctional upbringing. Had decades family and religious extreme isolation and lack of my own discovery of self.

I rewrote after California course and I saw a 90% improvement in my thoughts and actions and reactions.
I found for myself counseling and phycologist sessions for years left me alone and with horrible dread thoughts and my mind still spiraling out of control.

I love to share Courses and motivational speakers that understood patterns, human nature, change, depression, anxiety helped me get educated.

Then set new boundaries, goals, and control my mind instead of it controlling me.

I've enjoyed helping others in my 30s now 40s finally starting a paid progressive fully involved process of helping others dig out of the old mountain of energy thoughts and things that hold them down to releasing unlimited capabilities, thoughts, actions, reactions to soar to the highest level of a happier awesome life and mind state that they are willing to dream, take steps towards, and achieve and live their own authentic lives!

Clients should only choose me if they are sick and tired of being sick and tired of their old thoughts, beliefs,and frustrating current situations.

I want you to be willing to fight to live and work to have rewards and blessings beyond anything you could ever dream.

You will be forged new, strong, unbreakable, resilient and own your story, choose your own changes and live a life of your choosing not living for just others,parents, pleasing of others, past, religion rules that no longer suit you.
