Sometimes you just need an objective third party to listen to you and offer some tools to cope with what’s going on in your life. Professional, compassionate and knows her ‘stuff’. I highly recommend her services. For many of us this takes a leap of faith because we still think we shouldn’t NEED help. Well tough toenails! Sometimes we do! Even a little bit helps!
