I am a registered massage and shiatsu therapist with extensive experience in helping people with pain, and symptoms related to stress; low energy, depression, anxiety, insomnia and more.
My belief is that our mainstream medicine treats "problems" not people, as complex unique individuals.
My clinical focus as a therapist is Shiatsu, which aims to bring our system back into balance and clear blockages to the natural flow of energy in the body. This approach helps to connect us with our "inner healer"; the intelligence inside, which seeks to balance and self-repair, but which we may be out of touch with.
A first appointment is 90 minutes, which allows time for consultation and a full-body treatment. My fee is $90 including HST. Subsequent treatments are one hour and the cost is the same as the initial session. Everyone's needs are unique to them however in general for best effect, it is recommended to have a minimum of three treatments and then together reassess the direction of treatment.
