I was looking for a reliable exterior painter in Maple Ridge and found that Colin and his crew fit the bill. Â He was busy when I called in July, but promised to fit in my job before the end of summer, probably in September. Â He kept in touch on a regular basis, taking care of the colour matches and reassuring me that we were still on his list to complete before the end of the season. What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people in our community, being able to provide service in a way that our staff and customers can appreciate. Approaching painting in a much different way than the home services industry typically approaches things. We put customer service at the top of our list, and there is always a team member to talk to.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been entrepreneurial, so starting the business in my early 20's was a no brainer. I always have ideas, and love to solve problems. I loved painting and still do, and feel that our painters and office staff feel the same way.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do what we say we will do, and will be true to our word. Our estimating process, all the way to the final walk through is tightly controlled and you will appreciate that from the moment you call. We've painted over 1000 homes since 2005, and we continue to grow a little bit every year with the same principals that drove us back then. Customer service, and quality work.

We often can give a detailed quote if we are given enough information via photos and floor plans. We know it's not always possible to provide a site visit, and some customers want to know ahead of time what they are looking at costwise, and I'm happy to share that information via email or phone call.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
You'll be able to see that our staff is just as cautious as our customers. We are happy to wear masks for customers whom are high risk, or just prefer our staff be extra careful. Our painters are all employees, and we provide paid sick days if they feel ill. Our painters are never asked to go to work when they are feeling under the weather.
