Knowledge, experience and continued training on the newest: web creation platforms, best marketing practices, copywriting, and good photography makes a great website.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
1st Question: Are you looking to grow your online business and increase sales or do you want to just build a website? We mostly want to work with progressive clients so that is our numero uno question.
What do you love most about your job?
Building businesses! Pure and simple, we love to help to build businesses, especially locally owned and operated. Gets us right in the feels.
What inspired you to start your own business?
None of us like to work for corporations due to the amount of corporate bologna! We prefer being accountable to our clients and not multiple levels of management which allows us more time to focus on our clients and less time spent on spreadsheets, complicated CRM's and having to drive for hours to attend multiple meetings!

All of our work is performed on computers, so we are able to work from anywhere ... even on a floatie in the lake!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When the pandemic first struck in March 2020 we closed our downtown office and moved to remote work. Working from home that is! So to keep our customers safe, we simply stay away. When it is imperative to meet in person we follow all COVID protocols as per the Provincial and Federal Guidelines.
