What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistancy and persciption. Prescription, much like what a doctor would prescribe, is the amount of work ( cardio weightlifting etc) that should be done to see results. Too much or too little WILL hinder progress

Seeing others reach their goals, but more importantly seeing others realize that THEY CAN.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working at a commercial gym as a personal trainer and loved what I did. I wanted to help people from around the country reach their fitness goals and that is when I decided to offer online training
