David just finished re-roofing our house in Coquitlam and we can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work he did. Everything was done as requested and questions were answered thoroughly and respectfully. David arrived as expected and let us know what he would be doing and how much he expected to finish. When he left each day the area was thoroughly cleaned and when he was finished the container with the old shingles was quickly removed. David's estimate was fair and nothing was added to the final invoice even though I asked him to fix a couple of problems. We recently moved to a home that had a lot of maintenance that had been neglected over the years. David at RVR came highly recommended to do general roof maintenance to clean and remove the moss buildup, repair portions of the roof and repair and rework the downspouts and flashing to ensure we won't run into any water runoff issues in future.
