Just WOW! I have been training with Richard two (2) times a week since the beginning of Sept 2023, & the results are impressive. I had a serious shoulder/bicep injury as well as advance osteoarthritus in my sacratorial joints & I am almost pain free after 2 months of training with him! Richard knows how to work with & around injuries, trauma & age degenerations that no therapist has ever been able to help with. I can move almost pain free & my muscle gains are still substantail taking into account my 1st two (2) months have been pretty much rehabilitation lol. I HIGHLY recomend Richard to anyone who is struggling & just needs that extra something to push through, that you haven't been able to do on your own, injury free! I have full confidence that Richard will get me to a competitive level within the next 12 months, I feel fantastic! I have been seeing Richard for a few months now and am beyond pleased with the training and accommodation I've received. He is very knowledgeable and considerate and takes the time to figure out your fitness goals, to turn them into a reality. The facility where we meet is always spotless, and the atmosphere is very welcoming - I'd consider it the perfect "no judgment zone" where clients can really put in the work and feel fulfilled with their sessions. He also responds very quickly if you need a change of plans, which helps if you're busy and need someone who can be flexible which scheduling. If I could rate Richard at 100 Stars I would do it. Richard is an amazing individual and personal trainer. I have been training one on one with Richard three times per week for the past 6 weeks.
I am seeing great results already in my strength and endurance .and change to my body composition...no diet modifications at this time. Richard is unbelievably knowledgeable and creative with training. I love the way Richard challenges me to try new things in gym arena and ensure I am safe He is listens and acknowledges to your training concerns and questions. Richard is quick to respond to communication (text/email/phone).
Richard is always positive and greets each of our training sessions with enthusiasm. I also greatly appreciate Richards humor..we do laugh alot. I honestly can not say enough great things about Richard . You will not be disappointed in signing on with Richard to meet your goals.

I can and do offer remote/online training, but when possible prefer to teach on a one-on-one basis. All of my in-person clients receive remote support for any training they do off-site, along with nutritional support, etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to the nature of a private training environment, the risk is greatly reduced due to low contact numbers versus a regular gym environment. Of course all equipment and contact surfaces is sanitized constantly and all precautions taken as the situation evolves.
