It is really about helping people and seeing goals and dreams being achieved. This is a passion of mine. I have always loved making things right and now I have the opportunity to do this all the time! It's like the saying, "Find something you love doing and you will never have to work a day for the rest of your life!"

It is really about having the freedom to use the tools I know work to help my clients to succeed. As I am the owner, Imake the rules for my enterprise and this gives me the flexibility to use what I need to get the job done.

I have been a business coach for over 30 years now and have the experience to lead you to where you want to go. Also, I don't give up -- EVER! I am a big believer that there is always a solution and I will work with you to see that the resutls are gotten.

When I take on a project or a client, I am in it in the same terms of the owner.

I work with you to get the RIGHT staff and on-board them so they stay.

I train the executive and business owners on the administrative know-how they need to acheive their goals. The training can be on-line or hands or or a combination of both.

The cause of stress for many executives and business owners is that their business is structured so all the problems are funneled to owner. It should not be this way. There should be a structure that supports the exec or owner and pushes power to him or her, not problems.

I assist is setting this up and getting the staff on board with this.
