I took my first class at Nourish today - Karma Yoga (by donation to local Coldest Night of the Year). The space is bright, fresh, peaceful and has an amazing view! Jen Mansell is a great teacher who is encouraging and responsive to individuals, helping us with adjustments or props (if we wanted). I look forward to taking more classes and workshops here. More...
