Here at RenegadeXtremeFitness, we don't promote diet, but instead we educate our clients the importance of proper & balance nutrition.It helped them build a healthier lifestyle, smarter choices of foods and better ways of cooking & eating habit.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We provide them the practical solutions thru our personalized & customized programs both online and in our studio. They come to do their session or attend the bootcamp classes, in our sessions, we provide them both modified and advanced exercises. We used weights, machines, Trx and other equipments to gain their strength, shred those stubborn fats, build a leaner muscles and we provide them a latest recipe's and nutrition guidelines.

It's an hour session program where we will help you to releases your tense & frozen muscles, move you joints to lessen and get rid from your chronic pains or arthritis thru our stretching, deep tissue release massage techniques and functional exercises.

An exclusive 1:1 Coaching to help & guide you to exercise in a safe, private & non-public setting, No membership, pay as you go gym, personalized exercises on your level, no-sharing of equipments and well equipped facility. We coach our clients both virtual and in person setting.
