I am not a client but an equipment supplier for Renegade I must say, as a business owner Adele is attentive, supportive and very energetic. I would honestly be a part of this gym if it was not women's only. Her fitness expertise and her physiotherapist training provides the best understanding of functional fitness. As we are progressing our partnership she is always looking out for the best products and equipment for her members. We are in active discussions about not just getting the best results but how to validate these results through measurable data and recover as quickly as possible to get the most from her programs. 10/10 recommend this gym to athletes, post op surgery members, and those looking to live a healthier, happier lifestyle. Renegade is hands down the best gym / fitness provider in Hamilton. Adele is an incredible coach. After several uncomfortable experiences at other gyms, I was afraid to try working out again. Adele's contagious positivity got me back into it from day 1. I am still a beginner, but Adele always offers modifications that, while still challenging, are safe and totally doable. The owner of Renegade Xtreme Fitness has built a gym that is unique and much better than others I've been too. Joining Renegade is like joining a team, a community. Members are all different ages, have different levels of fitness, and have different goals. Adele's positive, high energy and smile is contagious. I am over 50 and was concerned about joining classes with younger people. Adele shows modified movements and is able to do that on the fly when she notices my form is off. I have a busy work schedule and live in Mississauga. I am able to join all classes by zoom. This flexible option has been beneficial for me. Even through zoom Adele is keenly aware of my movements. She offers modifications when she notices my form showing I'm not quite ready for a certain move or weight. I've recently had surgery and although I cannot do the exercises I was doing last week my Dr. wants me to keep mobile and somewhat active. Adele is working on a modified set of moves for me so that I can continue to join all of my classes. No matter what your goals are - gaining strength, moving to improve mental well being, weight loss, working to heal injuries, learning to eat better... you name it, Renegade is the place to be. Adele is INCREDIBLE. I went in for a fitness assessment and an active stretch session. What did I learn: 1 - numbers are numbers and use them as a guide to get healthier it’s about how you feel (nothing new here) 2 - Adele knows her stuff 3- active stretching is better for you than passive stretching which in my case means not stretching - it’s not easy but feels so awesome. An exclusive 1:1 Coaching to help & guide you to exercise in a safe, private & non-public setting, No membership, pay as you go gym, personalized exercises on your level, no-sharing of equipments and well equipped facility. We coach our clients both virtual and in person setting.

Our In-Demand exclusive Semi-Private Training is to help women to lose 12-15 lbs. in 6 weeks, build leaner muscles and helps you keep accountable. Trainings are both virtual and in our gym.
Fitness + Nutrition +Accountability are all in.

Our nutrition program will help you to build a healthier eating habit so you can drop 10-15 lbs in 6 weeks. We will provide you the Nutrition coaching, customized meal plans, easy recipes, and guide you what are the right supplements to take so you can accelerate your results.
