Ok, if you're looking for an agent who will find your dream home and fight for you to have it, look no further than Sandra Watkins! We were referred to Sandra after we had to let our previous agent go... Feeling hopeless about finding a dream home in the middle of a HOT market, we were down trodden. But then we were introduced to Sandra. As Floridians searching for a home in North GA, Sandra made an effort to get into homes as quickly as they hit the market, provided a comprehensive, virtual tour and coached us on how to get an offer accepted in a market like today's. From cradle to grave, she was an absolute rock-star to work with. We couldn't recommend Sandra more. Post-close, she was still super helpful and responsive to ensure we had the final details wrapped up.
