Initial contact was good however, that changed when the work commenced. It was unnecessarily stressful. Contractor walked out in a huff, leaving with payment in full for work to date, saying he would not be back. Did receive a text a short time later wherein he apologized for not saying goodbye.
I was not provided with a written estimate as he did everything verbally however, I did confirm our conversations in writing and he agreed however, he verbally increased the amount after the fact. Still waiting for receipt. More...
