I have been using Reliable Carpet to clean my rugs and upholstery for years now. I have always been very happy with the client service and the work. Gordon and Dave are super friendly and do a great job of cleaning my rugs. Lindsay in the office is fantastic to deal with and is always on the ball in terms of scheduling. They did a great job cleaning our 15 year old Persian rug. Their prices were fare and lower than other similar companies. They were right on time for their free pickup and delivery appointments and Tsultrim was extremely nice and accommodating. I do totally recommend them.

I just had the three carpets I had sent out to be cleaned by Reliable Carpet and Upholstery Care returned. They were cleaned much better than a company I had used previously. Tsultrim and Chris did a terrific job in putting them back where they belong, which included lifting a heavy bed., which was much appreciated. Our area rug had dark patches from dirt and dust and it was entirely covered in dog fur. We had the rug cleaned by Reliable Carpet and it came back to us looking brand new. Tsultrim picked up the rug and delivered it after cleaning and he was very kind and a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The carpeting on our basement stairs and TV room were soiled and needed a good cleaning. I decided to give Reliable Carpet a call. It was a good decision.
Everyone I have dealt with on the Reliable team is great and the cleaning was done to our satisfaction.
Ivan was the technician who came in to do the cleaning. He is knowledgeable and welcomed my questions. I also found him to be personable, polite, detail-oriented, conscientious and thorough.
After the work was completed and the cleaning solution dried, it appeared that the stairs needed more attention. I contacted Lindsay at Reliable who offered to have the stairs redone so that we are satisfied with the work. Gord and Dave came in to deal with the issue at hand. Both are very pleasant, conscientious and they did a good job.

Excellent service! We had a red wine stain on a brand new club chair and were worried about getting out the stain. I emailed on Sunday and received a prompt email back first thing Monday morning to arrange an appointment. Frank, the technician, came within the suggested time frame on Thursday morning. He was amazing - professional and fantastic. The stain is out and the chair looks great. Super easy to book my appointment and get a phone quote from a very pleasant & competent receptionist. Technician called ahead to confirm eta, showed up exactly as promised. I had Ivan from Reliable come to our home for upholstery cleaning of our couches and dinning room chairs. He was very pleasant and professional from the start. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and experience and took his time to explain to me what the expected results would be based on the age and type of stains of my furniture. Once he got started, he really took his time to make sure the cleaning was done with the utmost attention which I really appreciated. I had Reliable come to my home just today for the second year in a row and Shawn was just fantastic! He took care of the cleaning of not only a couch and carpet as well as some chairs but also was able to clean our dog's beds and it looks like new! Dan was an excellent technician, he was pleasant, professional and friendly and explained in detail every step he would be taking to ensure a proper job on our living set which was quite soiled.
