We had an absolutely amazing experience with Relax planning! We specifically used day of coordination for both wedding & reception. Considering we decided to use this service only weeks before our events, Bineesh was very organized, got all of our details and made sure the events ran so smoothly. Took care of any last minute hiccups, so that my husband and I could enjoy our events without stressing out or involving our parents! Relax planning was our best investment for the whole wedding. As a couple, we planned and organized as much as we could and about 10 days before the wedding, we decided that we could bite the bullet and hire a wedding planner. Most of it was done, but the little details and coordinating between each vendor and the travel ,all of it was so exhausting. After our initial three hour meeting, Bineesh was on board with everything, from picking up flowers from the florist the night before to making sure we had our marriage certificate signed to knowing and recognizing immediate family members to picking up the wedding cake and dropping it off at the reception to being there when emotions take over. She was absolutely a blessing to work with and such a beautiful person. As soon as she stepped in, she took charge, got everything organized in perfect symphony and made the storm into a perfect calm. Bineesh Chadha and her Relax Planning team is phenomenal! They get the job done and are always there for the bride and groom. We hired them for our wedding weekend and it was, by far, the best investment. When I started planning my wedding, I knew I would need a little help. I scoured the web to find a team that would work with myself, my family and in laws to help execute our vision. Bineesh and the Relax Planning team really came through for us! Like many weddings now, mine was a fusion of two different cultures. She helped navigate the differences - with sensitivity and understanding, such that all three of my events flowed beautifully. She walked my parents through the customs of a Sikh Ceremony. Relax planning helped coordinate our reception with just a few days of notice. We had a falling out with some wedding planners we had hired and were looking for someone to coordinate our reception day. We called Bineesh and she calmed us down and really took care of us. She connected us with one of her coordinators and took care of all the little details on our reception day. When your photographer tells you that your wedding is one of the most organized and efficient Indian weddings they have ever shot, you know getting a planner was totally worth it! As my husband and I have observed, not all planners are made the same and Relax Planning was exceptional. Bineesh started to help us with wedding details about a month and a half prior and it really helped us get organized. She then attended our final meeting with our venue, which made us feel more confident about the day, which at that point was a week and a half away. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to think or worry about anything because they took care of all of it and reassured us along the way. Anytime Bineesh saw even a hint of panic on our faces she reassured us that it was all taken care of. Lastly, she was calm, confident, and on point about everything. I understand that weddings cost a lot, especially with so many guests and vendors but that is exactly why you need a planner or atleast a day planner-especially if your wedding and reception are on the same day as ours was. You also need to do what they tell you, stay on task and enlist help where you need it (which they'll tell you). Relax Planning was worth every penny, they killed it, and we could not be happier. I LOVE working with Bineesh and her team. She is on point, organized, easy to talk to and always on top of what needs to be done. Bineesh and her team were such a delight to deal with. I am so happy that I choose Relax Planning to help with our special day(s). Bineesh ensured that we were enjoying and embracing every moment and not worrying about vendors, timing or any details. 6 months later.....we've finally had time to breathe, sit and actually look at photos, reminisce with family and friends and can finally tie up loose ends. Bineesh Chadha hopefully this is better late than never xo Bineesh and her team at Relax Planning are absolutely amazing and we could not imagine having gotten married without their calm, professional and relaxing deameanor. We set an ambitious goal of planning an Indian wedding for 200 people in 4 months and only contacted Bineesh 3 months ahead of the wedding. From the very first to the very end Bineesh guided us through every step knowledgably, professionally, and calmly dealt with everything and everyone! We worked with many wedding vendors throughout the whole process and by far Relax Planning was the most caring and professional, the easiest to communicate with, and the most prepared and willing to help us navigate the many challenges that came our way. She was always offering additional support, was always available to answer a myriad of questions about other vendors with great suggestions that worked with our budget, never made us feel bad for falling behind schedule in the planning stages, and guided us without a drop of pushiness like we felt with some other vendors. She also helped us work with difficult vendors that we had hired before we contacted her, offered very useful suggestions, and was present for every detail on the day of. We were so grateful for the approach of Relax Planning and noticed that the same calm but assertive professionalism was exhibited by her team members as well and working with them was truly the most relaxing part of the process for us. Following the wedding we found out about a few difficult situations that arose the day of and family members gushed about Bineesh’s ability to step-in and handle the difficulties without any disturbance to our guests while also relieving our families to enjoy the festivities. My husband and I had no idea at the time and are so very thankful that we chose the Relax Planning team to help us and our families get the most out of our special day. If there is any advice I would give to brides or anyone planning an event it would be to contact Bineesh at Relax Planning first before making any decisions! Their knowledge, ability to understand your vision, and willingness to work within your budget far outweighs what we could do on our own.
