The Wood Buffalo public library is a really nice place. It is located inside MacDonald Island Park. Easy parking, great resources. The sports facilities is great.

The facilities are reasonably nice and there is definitely a lot to do. The indoor playground for children could be a bit better. .but overall is safe, fun, and my son still enjoys it. The pool is a great size and has an awesome kids area, a lazy river, two hot tubs, two waterslides, a full size lane swimming pool as well as two other small pools and a great kids play area. More...

What a great place. It has everything. The pool is well maintained. The gym is big and clean . It has a second cup . A yogurt shop . The library is located here .

Nice facilities with plenty of amenities. The locker room situation could be improved as the gym and pool share one area. The locker rooms require a pin to enter which was not explained to me by the front desk so I had to wait for someone to leave before I could change.

The pool is AMAZING. Wasn’t informed about needing a code to get in but realized it was on the wrist band .. the whole island is beautiful . The only negative thing I would say is that they don’t have memberships for the kids for childminding.. you have to pay 5$/HALF hour per kid. In Edmonton at the rec Center I was paying 40$/month per kid for 2.5hours a day of child minding . More...

What a rip off. $15 for a drop in. No coin lockers but they'll sell you a lock for $8. Can't really justify spending $23 to workout. Especially when it said on their website that it was $9 for a drop fee. More...
