Regain Your Domain has three years of proud service, however each professional house cleaner on our team has years of experience, most with over 10 years' experience in the cleaning industry.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! We use Natural, non-toxic, plant-based, biodegradable supplies. For the safety of our employees, we encourage them to use only the materials and equipment they have been trained on and have access to the safety data sheets for. If you have allergen or scent concerns, please contact us to make alternate arrangements.
What do you love most about your job?
We love getting to know each of our amazing clients and their families and each unique home. The satisfaction of providing a sparkling clean, wonderful smelling home for each of our clients is very rewarding. Restoring heavily soiled/worn fixtures and surfaces to like-new is very satisfying!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Originally, I had only planned on cleaning a few homes while my children were in school. My original clients were so happy with the meticulous cleaning and competitive rate that word of mouth references quickly grew beyond my own capabilities and we expanded to form a team of experienced cleaners to serve our growing client base.

We go above and beyond for our clients and their homes, performing a more thorough clean with meticulous attention to detail and very reasonable rates. Some of our clients even insist on paying more than the quoted flat rate they are provided as they are so pleased with the clean!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Equipment and shoes are cleaned and sanitized between each home. Employees have masks available if the client's wish for us to wear them. Everything that is not easily sanitized is either machine washable (mop pads, cleaning rags, etc) and are washed on a sanitation cycle between uses or disposable (duster heads, toilet brush heads) and are disposed of at the client's home in which they were used.
Free Consultation
Every client/cleaner relationship begins with a free consultation. This is short (30 minutes or less) opportunity to meet you and your home. It includes a walk-through of the home to learn the homes' materials and characteristics and a discussion of your cleaning needs/goals. A deep cleaning can be scheduled at this time.
Deep Cleaning
A deep cleaning can be a one-time cleaning or the first cleaning of an ongoing maintenance schedule. This is a whole-home cleaning top to bottom including ceilings, walls, baseboards/trim, all surfaces high and low, built-up, hard-to-clean areas such as mildew/hard water/soap scum in tubs/showers and baked on ceramic stove tops, removal of scratches and stains on stainless steel, and cleaning under/behind furniture. This is performed by two professional house cleaning technicians (one being a cleaning supervisor) and is based on a flat rate fee. Regular maintenance cleaning
Maintenance cleans can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. You will have a regular professional cleaner that will perform the cleaning every time so they know your home and have a routine unless they are ill or on vacation and we have back-up cleaners so your home won't miss a cleaning! The maintenance cleans are charged as a flat rate quoted to you following the initial deep cleaning and varies depending on the size of the home and how often cleanings will be done. Real Estate Pre-List Cleaning
We have worked with happy real estate agents to perform deep cleans on homes prior to listing photos being taken and the home being listed on the market. We excell at deep cleaning the entire home and restoring fixtures and surfaces to like-new when many stains were have thought to have been permanent! Add value to your home before you list it!
Move in/move out cleaning
We have performed many move in and move out cleanings making the whole home sparkle like new for the new owners/tenants!
Vacation Rental Cleaning
Our Vacation Rentals (Airbnb) are where we shine! We have regularly and reliably turned over many luxury vacation rental properties for our amazing hosts! We understand that we make the difference between complaints and the 5 star "guest favorite" Super Host status that all of our clients have! We take our vacation rental properties very seriously, ensuring that not a single crumb or hair is left behind! Every turnover receives a thorough deep clean including everything in a residential maintenance clean PLUS inside every appliance, inside every cupboard and drawer, every single dish and cutlery examined for proper cleanliness, furniture and decor staged, linens washed, beds professionally made, coffees and toiletries restocked as per hosts' preference and towels set up decoratively.
We are very particular with our vacation rental standards and will only work with hosts who are like minded with both cleanliness, thorough staging, and sanitization of every turnover. It is required that all linens, towels, and bath mats be cleaned every turnover and will not agree to skip any of this to reduce the price of the clean. It is required that every bed have at least one additional set of linens for efficiency in turnover time allowing us to make beds while laundry is being done.
Extreme/Hoard Cleaning and Organizing
I will begin with explaining that I myself used to struggle with organization and clutter! I thoroughly understand how hard it is to maintain a home when you suffer from mental health complications, depression, anxiety, PTSD, physical limitations, addiction, and even ADHD/Autism. Any of these factors can lead to paralysis when it comes to maintaining the home and you quickly become overwhelmed which makes it even harder to regain control of your home which leads to further mental health complications! It's a vicious cycle that feels impossible to break! It's also extremely hard and embarrassing to reach out for help. I GET IT! I HAVE BEEN THERE! I have taken courses and certifications and learned to turn cleaning and organizing into a therapeutic, enjoyable task and I thrive helping others caught in this cycle to "REGAIN YOUR DOMAIN" It's literally the name of our business! I want to help you get the relief you need and deserve to work on yourself without the state of your home impeding you from healing!
