What do you love most about your job?
I am a Certified Recovery Coach and Food Addiction Recovery Coach. Pursuing this passion in Recovery, I have also successfully completed a Christian Counselling Certificate and continue to add to my education and understanding of addiction and the Christian life.
I am passionate about helping Christian Women recover. To become the person God created them to be. Having gone through the recovery process myself, I have learned how to navigate Secular recovery programs, how to get unstuck, and how to have long-term sobriety. Often in Recovery, we reach a point where it is difficult to get started or difficult to keep moving forward.
I excel at helping women identify those areas to help find needed solutions to get “unstuck” no matter which stage you are in your recovery.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked through a recovery program myself. I wanted to provide a safe space for people to explore their struggle. Recovery is difficult , yet not impossible ,I felt led and understand what it takes to recover.

Clients can choose between calling in to a zoom call or telephone. Whichever is most comfortable for the client
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote coaching via zoom or telephone. Due to the pandemic I have moved all my coaching services to remote coaching via online zoom or telephone calls.
