What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have moved to a fully virtual end-to-end meeting process using WebEx Virtual Conferencing software. Our processes also allow us to capture acknowledgements electronically, so most of our documents no longer require a pen-to-paper signature. This allows for our clients to remain in the comfort of their own home while doing their banking.
