What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is being able to fulfil the required services of our customers leaving them highly satisfied and happy with our methods. It is always a pleasure to see them return and also provide great services to their referred friends and loved ones.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration of our business as a whole is the ability to help our community and those surrounding with families, single individuals and commercial customers who need specific jobs done which require the patience, skills and customer service to execute the job at hand.
Why should our clients choose you?
We treat each project as though it was our very own to complete. Done in a thorough, safe and efficient manner, all for reasonable pricing. Our goal is to establish great relationships with our customers, thoroughly understand their project and plan accordingly to achieve and provide the best end results for them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our Rapid Stor team has developed a better system to ensure our customers are kept safe from Covid-19.
We have implemented/strongly enforced the following methods:
1) Ensure our trucks/vans are clean after each service provided using them.
2) Personal hygiene for each mover in contact with our customers.
3) Wear masks at the request of customers.
4) Accommodate our customers who are sickly and require extra safety and care.
5) Carry extra sanitizing products and items for better germ protection.
