We had a job at a work program where the bathtub fosset had been broken. We manage Youth Staffed Homes and it's not always easy to find someone to come in, especially on short notice. Andrew was amazing! Not only did he come that same morning, but he was friendly with the staff and the kiddo, and was able to fix it for us so our kiddo could get back to his baths that he uses for regulation. We have lived in our home for almost 14 years and have never tried connecting anything to our outdoor natural gas hook up by the deck.
For peace of mind we contacted Andrew. He came by and showed us how the connection works and assured us that we wouldn’t blow up the house. I asked.
After last summer’s intense heat we are looking forward to doing much more cooking outdoors. Andrew and his family are invited to our next barbecue!

My first experience with Rapid Plumbing was to install a couple of new toilets and bathroom taps. Andrew was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable. You could tell that he took great pride in his work. Then I was faced with a hot water tank emergency.
