Before selling the house we wanted to make sure that the house's roof was in good shape and it posed no concerns for the inspection. It's a torch ply flat roof which was installed eight years before. The house was already vacated at the time, and we were very pleased that Radu responded to our rush and managed to get the assessment done overnight, with explanations of the risks and the solution. We just bought a new home and seem to have a couple of pigeons making it their home as well. I contacted Raico roofing as we had him look at another property of ours not long ago and were very impressed with the level of service. He came out, sourced where the pigeons were and installed spikes to keep them off our property. We are very happy with everything he has done and will continue to keep him on speed dial for all of our roofing needs. More...
