R&B are honest and worked to make it right.Bit of a long backstory but overall I had a positive experience with R&B plumbing who installed our ecobee4 smart thermostat. Another company had given up on the install and it took a senior tech Malcolm to come in (after 2 visits by someone else) to fix the wiring at our heating system. Malcolm was professional, worked quickly and advocated to ensure that we only had to pay for his time. Overall making a challenging process have a good ending. We noticed a small drip from the roof of our unfinished basement. R and B were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. Adam arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed a leak from the toilet above, taking care to check that it was just the seal and not the pipes. He took extra care to use a double seal and fixed the wobble with shims to hopefully prevent problems in the future. A simple problem, but a job well done. More...

Today I called for a plumber to come and inspect our furnace to see it there was a problem with the heating or water. Hooman, our technician, was quick and efficient in both checking our furnace and water heater, as well as showing us a few ins and outs of general home matienance . We've had one of the companies employees look at our washing machine a few years back, and we were just as satisfied with their work then as we were today.
