The rain cap was torn off the top of our chimney in a windstorm. As the chimney top is higher than the peak of the roof of our two story house, working at this height safely would require experience and safety gear, not just a very tall ladder. Quick SideKick provided a two-man crew with the required gear and experience, and they were able to quickly and efficiently screw the rain cap back on, replacing the failed rivets.
