What do you love most about your job?
Being able to help clients navigate through the health care system and support clients through an important transitional period in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My grandparents. I would visit them any time I went to Montreal, and was always interested in helping seniors, especially when I wasn't close enough to help them on a regular basis. Starting a business that directly helps seniors live the life they want to in their homes seemed like the perfect fit for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very passionate about what I do. I am building something amazing, not only for my clients, but for my 50+ employees. When I started this business, I didn't think about the impact I would have on my employees and the opportunities and skills I am helping them acquire. Our caregiver retention rates are higher than industry average because our caregivers are supported and heard by the Leadership Team. Also, all of our care is overseen by a nurse with extensive senior care experience. It's like having access to a private-duty nurse at any time for your loved one.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have always had very strict health and safety requirements to keep our clients safe, even before COVID-19.
