I hired PYC Catering for my daughter's bridal shower. Molly, the Senior Event Planner, contacted me the same day I put my request in on the Bark website. I liked the fact that, after speaking on the phone about what I was looking for in terms of food and drink, she sent me a fully fleshed out menu. I could have changed any of her choices but I thought they were spot on so went with her suggestions. The food was delicious and there was enough diversity to cater to everyone's tastes and dietary needs. There were a couple of glitches that had more to do with the delivery end of things but they were promptly dealt with to my satisfaction and did not spoil the day. I would recommend this company. Molly (the coordinator) and the crew were absolutely amazing in helping us provide an outstanding experience at the inaugural event for early-career faculty in translational medicine at UBC.
The service was professional and beyond prompt, the team was a delight to deal with. We used PYC services for breakfast, refreshments and a reception with cocktails - and PYC was on top of it in terms of timing, working with us to navigate the venue etc. Molly provided support leading up to the event so we knew that our catering was in great responsible hands. Would not hesitate to contract PYC again for taking such great care of our catering needs!

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By listening to the clients wishes/needs and goals, likes and dislikes, we can build any menu! We are also expert at managing dietary issues.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff, if on site, will wear masking, and use utensils (tongs) to pass guests food items. Health checks are made each day to ensure our staff are in good health.

We have a complete list of support vendors ~ from photographers, videographers, balloon artists, musicians, marriage commissioners, DJ's, furniture rental companies, florist and specialty linen/tableware rentals. Your event can be fully designed and detailed by our team.
