How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Working closely with clients to determine their starting point as well as their goals, I develop programs that are not only effective but also sustainable and allow clients to easily see their progress.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret - it takes motivation and consistency. These are 2 things I can help you with. Motivation and consistency as well as accountability go hand in hand in all of my programs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients rise to the challenge and do things they never thought possible. Whether that is running their first 5 km or being able to complete a set of deadlifts with excellent form.
I love being able to help people take control of their health and reduce risk factors for chronic diseases.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a diabetic and with that comes many potential health risks. I was inspired to start my business after becoming very sick and wanting to help others avoid unnecessary complications from their chronic health conditions as well as manage the aging process - maintaining strength, bone density, balance and flexibility.

As someone who manages a chronic health condition on a regular basis I truly understand the need to be proactive in maintaining your health. I understand that it is not easy but it needs to be done.

Yes, I can provide my services online or remote via Zoom calls paired with email, text and messaging for motivation, accountability and check-ins and answering questions along the way.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When I am able to see clients in person I wear a mask and sanitize my hands before I see them as well as once they are finished. I maintain 2 meters of distance at all times, with very rare exceptions for client safety. All equipment the client used is completely sanitized before the next client session. Clients must complete a screening questionnaire before each session.
Group Fitness
Group Fitness classes focus on a full body workout. Every class will include a mix of cardio, strength, flexibility and balance, core work and stretching. No two classes will ever be the same. Join with a friend or make some new friends in class as everyone works together in a challenging and encouraging environment.
Classes range from 6 to 16 participants.
Small Group Fitness
Working out alone isn’t for everyone. Gather up a few friends and sweat it out together. Working both individually and as a team to get through each session. Grow stronger and more confident along the way.
Classes are for 3-4 participants.
Personal Training
Our personal training program is designed to give you the individual attention needed to get you the results you’re looking for. We will create this program specific to you, your capabilities and goals.
HIIT Classes
30 minute classes developed with a high intensity interval program. Bursts of intense work built around low intensity recovery periods.
Maximum of 10 participants in a class.
Group Coaching
A program designed for those who need accountability and motivation. The program includes a monthly resistance training program, goal setting assistance, accountability check-ins, group support and healthy lifestyle tips. Each week of the month has a focus subject. There is the option to add-on a group fitness class for an additional fee.
