They removed 5 layers of singles in one day! Once the roof was installed they had their quality control tech spend an hour on the roof going over things. They even re-caulked one dormer for good measure. I had an issue with my chimney that they even addressed for free. Diego, my sales rep was excellent to deal with and easy to get a hold of. Such a relief to have a professional company come in and deliver a very reasonable quote. Entire roof took only one day, they have a big team up there working away (including a female roofer which I thought was cool) and very professional and comprehensive quality control before/during/after the whole process which was a great comfort. Will definitely use them again.

Professional Roofers 0% down payment indicated to me they had a commercial account with the supplier of the materials, telling me they were a well-established company. The man who did the appraisal for my roof gave me clear options and addressed the questions I had concerning the weather conditions in my area. Although there was no pressure to commit on the spot, I did arrange with him to get the work done. The work was done on the date arranged and more quickly than I expected. It was completed in about 5 and a half hours; much faster than my neighbours whose roofs took a full day using other roofers. I had already seen the work of Professional Roofers when they did my neighbour's roof and noticed it was better quality than some other roofers being used in the neighbourhood. Adam is the one who came by to give us the estimate and coordinate everything. I cannot say enough about how amazing and how professional he was! ! He’s extremely knowledgeable and has so much integrity. We had a crew for the roof and a crew for the eavestroughs and they were both phenomenal. They were efficient, courteous and lived up to their name as Professional roofers!! I highly recommend this organization. They’re on time and competitively priced. Our other roofer had made such a mess of things and not once did Adam say anything negative about him. Others who had come to give us estimates ripped into the last roofer’s work. Professional roofers are exactly what they claim to be! On September 20th, the roofing crew arrived to do the roof and did not stop until it was completed. They worked quietly and efficiently all day. On September 25th, a new crew arrived to replace the eavestrough and downspouts. Again they worked quietly and efficiently until the job was completed Each crew cleaned the grounds to our satisfaction. Our thanks to Diego, Mathias and both crews for jobs well done. The crew were great managed to get some work done first day before the rain storm.
The next day they still managed to complete the job in the two day window.
They used plywood leaned against windows and plants to protect them from any damage.

Our 13 year old roof started to leak in the Spring. I thought it was maybe just a repair job so I called Professional Roofers.
Alfredo came out the next day and I showed him where the inside of the house was leaking. He climbed into my attic (he took pictures) and then went onto the roof to examine it. He called me to come up to the roof. I could see that the shingles were still in good shape but there were waves in the entire roof and I stepped on a low spot and just about went thru the roof. Alfredo explained that the shingles were OK but that the plywood sub roof had decayed beyond repair. It called for an entire replacement. Alfredo explained in great detail our options & costs. We made our choices and Alfredo said he could get a crew in within 2 weeks. A firm date was made and the crew arrived on time ready to work. They had a large crew and the entire roof replacement of plywood & shingles took 2 days. They did a complete cleanup of the area outside the house including a magnetic sweeper to pickup extraneous nails and metal bits and a blower to clear away debris & dust.
Professional Roofers arrived on time, completed the job within the allotted time frame and cleaned up very well. We would recommend them.
