People already own the financial product but without the financial education as in traditional industry only the transactional approach is happening. The change we bring is that we provide education and Awareness about the products so client should know the worth of the product they are having.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By following the rules and regulation that government implemented. In office we always wear mask and keep social distancing. For customers safety we also do a lot of meetings on zoom.
