We decided to sell our home and within one week Richard and his team were here fixing what was needed, painting and tidying up. A week later it was all done and we had listed and a week after that had an open house and just afterward had an accepted offer. From the first realtor meeting to accepted unconditional offer it was 4 weeks and 1 day! We could not have achieved this without Richard's advice on what to do to our home to get it ready, the speed and quality of the work and his help with dealing with the inspection points. I received a great quote from David Collier at Prep’nSell . I had a tight timeframe to get the work done as I was receiving my new stackable washer and dryer. Harry was my contractor and was very experienced and creative in all aspects of the renovation. I required new carpeting in my living room, dining room, hall & stairs. I didn't want to go from store to store looking at samples so I called Prep' Sell. They came & brought several sample books, made recommendations on the best carpeting for my two energetic dogs, once I chose the carpet it was installed quickly & they did an excellent job with the installation. I was so pleased I decided to do my kitchen & entrance. It was the same, they brought out tile samples that would suit my kitchen & entrance. The tiles are 18" square & actually look like ceramic with grout lines !! Beautiful without the expense of ceramic & in a country kitchen on a horse farm you need easy maintenance !!! I Live at Mount Pleasant and Lawrence. My kitchen was tired and needed an update. I had David come in and in 1 hour he had a plan I loved.
He tied the floor into the front hallway which I did not think of. Prep’n Sell thinks out of the box.
He transformed the space in 1 month which he said. On budget and on time. I would recommended him to my neighbor and did the same great fast professional work.

When a water line leading to the humidifier burst overnight, our basement got flooded with an inch of standing water. We contacted Prep N Sell and they scheduled us in immediately.
They quickly addressed the broken line, cleared the area, lifted the carpet, dried the area with large fans and dehumidifying units. Because they acted so fast they were able to save most of the drywall but also replaced it where it was necessary. Crisis averted, thanks Prep N Sell !!!
