At Prehab +Performance, we will teach you how to own movement and feel stronger, so you can start enjoying your training again. With this system, you can train at home, at the park or in the gym. Too many people have been told they should avoid certain movements and as a result, stopped doing the things they love. At Prehab + Performance, we want to educate you on just how strong and resilient your body really is!
Our approach to training considers individual differences, creating a well thought out and well-structured program that is backed by scientific principles. What do you love most about your job?
I’ve been working as a strength coach for over 12 years. Throughout my career my goal has always been the same. To make people stronger! And to teach people just how resilient the human body can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been involved in fitness and sport since I was 4 year's old. Sports and exercise is all I know.

You will start your fitness journey by having a 30minute fitness consultation with me. We will talk through your questionnaire and devise an action plan to optimize your results.
You’ll then receive an email with an overview of everything discussed. This will set a clear path of progression and allow us to be on the same page about your training goals and training outcomes.
An email will also be sent to give you access to your online training program in TrainHeroic. Follow the steps and you will be ready to go.
PROGRAM DESIGN:
Training programs are designed to your specific needs. The training app (TrainHeroic) allows for an easy to use interface for you. Which will increase the quality of your sessions. The program design is structured for you to be as efficient as possible with the equipment available to you.
VIDEO LIBRARY:
Every single movement in each training session will have a video attached. This will improve both your knowledge of movement but also provide you with instant feedback of how to perform the exercises correctly.
WHY USE A TRAINING APP?
Having an easy to use, precise system makes tracking results very easy. Training volumes, intensities and loads can be manipulated easily from month to month. We've done all the research, so you don't have to. Your job is to follow a schedule and work hard!
COMMUNICATION:
You’ll have 24/7 support and communication. Via email, WhatsApp and through TrainHeroic. I will answer all training and nutrition related questions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I offer people outdoor training, virtual training and the option of online training and training programs.
Personal Training
1-2-1 personal training sessions will include an initial assessment and movement screen. This will dictate exercise selection and maximize training results. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to learn how to move, feel and look better.
Clients signing up for personal training must be able to dedicate 1-4 hours per week to personal training . We also suggest that you typically train for a minimum of 12 weeks in order to get the results you desire.
Online Training
This service is a monthly subscription.
