Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Our main goal and objective is to provide our clients with the knowledge and understanding to feel more comfortable when it comes to understanding the financial health of their business or personal circumstance. Meeting or speaking to your accountant should not be something that is done once a year but rather a constant dialogue so you always know the financial health of your company and can make well informed business decisions.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to be apart of someone's entrepreneurial journey and seeing there development and growth is the best part of what I do. Being able to educate along the way and seeing my clients dependence on my services reducing due to the increase in there financial knowledge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over 12 years of extensive experience in the accounting industry, Pratik took his expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to begin Pratik Mehta Professional Corporation.

I focus on developing long term relationships with my clients and believe that you don't have to wait days, months or even a year to speak to your accountant. I provide my clients with great customer service and I always personally answer my calls to help address any needs for my clients! I believe in educating along the way and helping my clients understand the "why" to develop there finance, accounting and tax knowledge.

All of my services can be done remotely or online. We use secure document sharing software and tools in order to collect and share the data required to complete our services. We use Dropbox as our cloud based document sharing solution.

We provide our services 100% through video chat, emails or cloud based document sharing solutions to help keep our clients safe, healthy and maintain compliance with any provincial mandates.
