I meet my clients where they're at physically and mentally. We grow from here. I specialize in weight loss, strengthening from injury, muscle gain and behavior change. (health coaching)

The secret is consistency. There are 168 hours in a week. If you see a personal trainer and show up for the appointment, work hard. That will help. But you must also take care of your body and do the right things outside your weekly workout sessions.

I love big changes. I love when someone completely changes their body and their mindset. They've woken up to the ability to have strength & the confidence to reach their goals. It has a lot to do with self-love and appreciation. Which are huge growth factors.

I want to have no regrets, live my passion. I want to go to sleep at night knowing that I made people's lives better and helped people live longer healthier more fulfilled lives.

I have a unique set of skills. I'm often able to bring someone back from pain, strengthen a client who didn't think they had any, assist with lifting and nutrition for 75lbs + weight loss, and health coach or move forward clients that are at a low readiness state.

I have an online program. I'll meet with clients 1 hour/month and provide them with workouts for them to do during the week.

I wear an N-95, have a HEPA air filter. Open my garage door between clients to refresh the air. I also have an Airnet 4 Carbon Dioxide monitor to gauge the air quality throughout the workout and freshen the air if required.

Services

Hourly Basis: Health Coaching works with the individual. Provides them space for growth. My job as a health coach is to evoke positive solutions from the client that meets their individual state of readiness.

3,6,12 month contracts. 1,2,3 & 4x/week.
Coaching clients through how to lift weight properly with a biomechanical approach // Helping clients gain muscle and push themselves. // Gain cardiovascular strength// Keeping clients healthy and energetic through proper strength programming.
