When I started working with Poseidon I had never been into a gym, my experience was 0. After a solid month of training I had the knowledge along with a personalized workout plan made specifically for me so I can go to the gym and follow the plan without any stress. Vanisle Personal Training is fantastic. From the no pressure first session I had I got the genuine feeling that the desire is to help you reach your goals. If your honest with yourself, willing to put in the work and want a place to feel like you can reach your goals with positivity this is a great place to start and grow with.
I had a basic ideas and concept of how to work out through YouTube, Reddit and Google but no foundation and I was given that foundation and knowledge. The knowledge to grow, make gains,maxing out my potential and feeling excited for the next set.

Personal training with me is exactly that… personal. I come into our first session to learn your body's nuances. Depending entirely on your unique body, I will train you in a specific way, and depending on how your body responds, I will progress our training in a specific way. I have zero pre-written plans, and I will never give two people the same workout. With a decade of a passionate obsession with exercise, I have an eye for nuances.

Exercise should always be enjoyable. When you enjoy exercise, there’s no struggle to achieve your goals. If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or increase your overall well-being, it will happen effortlessly.

Personal training is not just about getting someone to do push-ups and sweat. It’s about understanding the human body on such a deep level that you can get more results in a shorter period of time and with less effort.

You want a personal trainer that has spent thousands of hours grinding in the gym perfecting their craft. Someone who has incredible results to show. Not someone who has taken a three-week course, and has only read about being in the gym.

What I know about the human body has come through a decade of obsession and passion. My knowledge has come from training for thousands of hours with extreme focus and intensity. From this, I have learned about the human body from the inside out. This experiential knowledge can never be gained from books.
