Had a great first experience, and I’ll be back. I explained to them that my dog is shy and nervous about being groomed, and they came out and spent time petting her and talking to her before bringing her in. They also alerted me to the fact that she may have a urine infection, and it turns out she had a very bad UTI and had to be treated for two weeks. I really appreciated their concern for Honey. Plus she looked beautiful when she was finished! They did a great job. More...

Amazing salon that does incredible grooming. We were so pleased with Oliver’s puppy cut, that we’ve continued coming back. He always comes out looking like a sweet little teddy bear and is so happy! Thank you Platinum Pooch Salon for being so kind to my parrotlet and trimming his wings. With him being almost completely blind, this is critical to his care and I appreciated your kindness, big smile and assisting to make sure he can glide safely. The other groomer he has gone to, would trim his full wing making him land like a rock and you were able to do what his breeder suggested and he can safely glide without worrying about him getting hurt. This is the best option for him since it is not safe for him to be fully flighted :) We will be back! More...

Platinum pooch has a lovely location and fantastic staff. I took my skittish old lady dog in today for her first nail trim with them. Where others have failed, Platinum Pooch succeeded. They were very patient, and willing to listen to what works, and what doesn't work with my girl. They didn't rush, and allowed me to help keep her calm with high value treats and positive reinforcement. More...
