What’s your signature dish?
I love cooking Italian and Mediterranean food as this is what I grew up cooking and eating when I was a child. I love veal and pork meatballs stuffed with ricotta with soft serve polenta balsamic reduction pine nuts and chopped parsley with aromatic tomato sauce
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I give them some examples over email or discuss it with them over the phone there is also menus on my Facebook page menus are customly designed for each client
What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with people freelance cooking providing a special service that's very unique and keeping the party at home so people can enjoy themselves without feeling rushed
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personal and private chefs are in demand I think it's a great way to go about freelance cooking showcasing your skills providing families or whoever wants to hire me with delicious meals
