What do you love most about your job?
People are amazingly resourceful but sometimes you can get in your own way. Helping people shine at work creates these ripples that I see every day. When you are more engaged in the work you do, you show up differently everywhere.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew I could make a bigger impact in the world if I started my own business.
