Edit: I’m starting to wonder why I still have a membership here. Their taps are out if they aren’t off entirely. Is it the collaboration concept perhaps that sustains them, something I just really don’t need as an independent small business owner? I’d love a place I could go to with basic amenities, like something to drink beyond coffee or tea, maybe pop, maybe something simple like sparkling water. I don’t really otherwise understand the purpose. The decor? Nice place to try to find a place to tuck away into for a few hours of work. I’m not sure if it’s just this WeWork or all of them but they’re starting to feel a bit meh. They close the taps between 3:30pm-4pm and stop serving coffee about the same time. They turn off the espresso machine as well which really just doesn’t make sense to me at all - I get not brewing full pots later in the day but if someone wants a late cup, this seems like an easy way to accommodate them. After 4, there’s water, cold or hot, and tea bags, and that’s pretty much it. A sparkling water tap like you see in airport lounges would be inexpensive and super awesome if they were able to install one, and way cheaper for them than replacing kegs of carbonated water with a hint of orange. In all, it’s still a nice place to go to get away from the distractions of working from home. I do wish the Bloor location was still open. This one, despite the heavy traffic it gets, still manages to be convenient. More...

This location can be a bit tricky to find. It's on the 6th floor of the Hudson Bay building and shares the same floor as the furniture floor of the Bay. You can access this office from the bay elevators or from another set of independent elevators. Being the largest wework location in Toronto, this location has ample telephone booths, work booths and seating. They also have a large glass wall that has a very nice view of City Hall. Aside from the standard coffee station and kombucha, they have cold brew coffee here, but no milk substitute. More...

Possibly one of the worst wework locations. There’s only one espresso machine that’s been out of order 3+ months (since Sept 2022), wifi is always trouble. If you use the phone boots, you will have connectivity issues, guaranteed. The drip coffee that they offer for free is awful, doesn’t even taste like coffee. Very limited natural light; the larger rooms w lots of windows are rented by large companies for their employees so the common spaces for individual users is very dark w stuffy air. There is no parking, so if you order food delivery from a restaurant that is farther away, there’s a good chance you will have to go downstairs and out on Bay street to pick your food from your driver. I am surprised at the relatively lower ratings compared to other WeWork locations in Toronto. In my opinion, of the ones I've been to (1 University, 1050 King and this one), I like the Hudson Bay location the most. I have my preferences for lots of coworking space, large open concept, dog-friendly, and surrounding amenities (restaurants, transit, entertainment, easy food delivery etc.). And this place fits my preferences. The only thing is that it's the farthest to me than all of the other ones, but that's personal. The dynamics here are vibrant, always bustling but not loud or noisy. Friendly staff and other co-workers. Very clean all the time. There is a quiet area with bean bags, and plenty of places to lounge when you need a break from working. I think I only saw one bathroom area for such a big space. But the bathroom is huge and never full or have to line up. All in all, very good space. Suggestions: a bit more ergonomic chairs and tables. Not that you need to invest in super expensive office chairs, but just the proper height difference between the chairs and tables. I always get back pain unfortunately. More...

Always love going to the WeWorks to work. It is consistent across the board (for all the countries I've been to with weworks) and this one is one of the biggest ones in Toronto. It has a great wellness room if you need to recharge, the phone booths are bigger then most WeWorks I've been too which is nice. The overall atmosphere is really great. More...

Great space! I often visit with my bf since he got a black pass from work. They offer good range of space, or even a meeting room if needed. The coffee could be better tho.

I love this location and the look of this building. The internet is just so bad that it can make working challenging. If they fix the internet its 5 stars

This location is mobility accessible. My 1st time there, Ankush gave me a tour of the space and explained to me all the things available while using the space. He was a great tour guide! The office space is really well appointed with decor. There is a lot of space to be able to have conversations in casual chairs and couches or more formal settings with tables and chairs. There are a lot of private phone booths to be able to take a call or video call. There is a pantry area with fridges and microwaves. Coffee, tea and water are always available. The space is super clean with someone cleaning at all times. They also have a large variety of conference rooms that range from 2 seats up to being able to host an entire seminar for a large group. Excellent shared work space and one of the best WeWork sites I have been to (small sample size). The front desk staff were kind, responsive and knowledgeable. The cleaning person was super nice. The facilities are modern but not over the top, and it felt spacious. Great location in the heart of the city and direct access to the path. Opportunities: better selection of drinks and don't require visitors to download an app just to get on WiFi. More...
