I have more than 8 yrs experience in helping my clients reach their fitness and weight loss goals.

I specialize working with personal training clients who are recovering from past injuries, using Pilates approach to cross train for different sports (running, cycling, martial arts, etc) and clients who want to help with weight loss and management.

I was using Pilates a complementary training in order to get ready for my Karate Championships. It helped me to balance my karate trainings, strengthen my shoulder and to engage my core more effectively. I experienced Pilates class myself and it help me to lose 15 lbs after having my baby, strengthen and balance my body. I wanted to share my experience with others and decided to get certified and operate my own business.

I offer balancing nutritional support and during my practice I have worked with clients who had various injuries. Pilates came from being a rehabilitation program to strength and conditioning for athletes. It offers a lot of modification for exercises, so that clients with injuries can do it and get better.
